KC Limited Agility Show

The Papillon Butterfly Dog Club are holding the first ever agility show for Papillons at the Fun Weekend in 2016. This will depend on how many people are prepared to come along and support this inaugral show. Denise Welsh is the Show Manager and we can only go ahead if people are willing to commit to coming now as we have to organise equipment, judges, etc a year in advance. We have tried to plan it so there will not be a Champ show running at the same time. The classes to be held will be:-
1 Grade 1-3 Agility Graded
2 Grade 3-5 Agility Graded
3 Grade 5-7 Agility Graded
4 Grade 1-3 Agility Combined
5 Grade 3-5 Agility Combined
6 Grade 5-7 Agility Combined
8 Grade 1-7 Jumping Combined
9 Pairs

Judge is Mr David Mansfield. Entries close: 26th June 2016
Southern Counties Championship Show saw Dan Ericsson world renowned international judge take centre stage. He found his top winners in Champion Omegaville Make Me A Petitchien Bitch CC and Best Of Breed and Ch Rozamie Dream Lover for the Dog CC. The show ground and parking was well maintained which makes it such a pleasure to unload the cars and get the trolley etc to the benches. Once again we had the in/out tents which the exhibitors appreciate. There was a great array of stalls set out, which made for a pleasant hour strolling around the show ground. All this with a great atmosphere around the Papillon ring made for a very pleasant day. The principle winners at the show were
Best of Breed: Forth Ch Omegaville Make Me A Petitchien. Best of Breed & Pupppy Toy Group 2: Stanbury Inixia Devonshire Maid. Best Veteran: Bartram Ch Burghbridge Ur Solid Gold Skyvana Jw Shcm. A Lovely note in from Karen Maskell with some show results from the Open Show Circuit. She writes ‘At Boston Premier Open show last Tuesday from an entry of 30 paps our Kazkell Robin the Limelight JW went BOB under Kirstie McMurray and toy group 3 under C K Mumby and Sarahmah Mayan Daydream Kazkell won BP in breed. Maya is owned in partnership between myself and Maxine Waller. Then at Staffordshire and Birmingham Agricultural on 2nd June, Kazkell Robin the Limelight JW again went BOB and Sarahmah Mayan Daydream Kazkell BP under breed judge Wendy Bray. Kazkell Robin the Limelight JW went on to toy group one and Sarahmah Mayan Daydream Kazkell puppy group 4 under Gordon Talbot.’ Well done Karen. Our next show is Three Counties Championship Show held at Malvern with those amazing hills. If you have time do take a trip into the town it is a lovely place to visit.
